By using cairnandpine.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational site
The site is a product catalog published by Cairn & Pine. It does not offer products for sale, does not accept orders and does not process payments. Product descriptions, scent-life estimates and usage guidance are provided for information. Actual results vary with temperature, airflow, room size and use.
Accounts
You can create a free account to save scents, set preferences and receive launch updates. You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States, give accurate information and keep your password private. Creating an account does not place an order or create any obligation to buy. Founding member perks are announced to account holders before launch and may change. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
Use of the site
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy or republish the content, interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Cairn & Pine name, logo, product names, text, images and design are owned by Cairn & Pine or its licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law.
Safety
Air fresheners are fragrance products. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, avoid contact with eyes and skin, use sprays away from open flame, and follow the directions on the product packaging. In case of contact or ingestion, follow the instructions on the packaging and contact a medical professional.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cairn & Pine is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
